Beautifully designed rooms with cozy ambiance.
The check-in experience was frustrating. being handed an iPad to register felt impersonal and confusing. Additionally, the lack of a designated drop-off point made dropping off luggage a hassle, especially for those with multiple bags. Hearing street noise and neighbors during the night added to the discomfort, making it a less than ideal stay.

gentle hide designhotel has a great central location, making it easy to explore. the family room was spacious, quiet, and super comfortable. the breakfast was world-class, offering plenty of delicious choices. The staff were incredibly helpful. they even mailed back two coats we accidentally left behind!
